CX Emerging Technology Architect, Vice President

Overview

Hands-on technology leader to lead Emerging Technology and Transformation in India, with strong technical depth in solution architecture, design, and development for enterprise AI.

What you'll do

• Architect and implement scalable AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, orchestration, prompt engineering frameworks, and agentic workflows.
• Define and execute an emerging technology and AI capability roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend enterprise AI platforms, tools, and technologies with attention to scalability, security, and operational excellence.
• Drive modernization by identifying opportunities for platform evolution, automation, and digital transformation.
• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI applications using Python and Google Gemini Enterprise, including LangChain and LangGraph.
• Design cloud-native solutions using cloud services, APIs, integration patterns, and data platforms.
• Ensure responsible AI adoption through governance, model risk management, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of overall work experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Python for production-grade applications and AI solutions.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Google Gemini Enterprise, Azure AI, AWS AI services (or equivalent).
• Experience defining AI/emerging technology strategy, including platform selection and build vs buy decisions.
• Experience with cloud services including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, and IAM (and similar).
• Experience designing, building, and scaling AI capabilities including LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based workflows.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and enterprise-grade engineering practices.
