Senior Engineer/Engineer – Enterprise Gen AI

Overview

Senior Engineer/Engineer focused on Enterprise Gen AI, including building a generative AI platform and agentic applications.

What you'll do

• Design and implement RAG-based solutions to enhance LLM capabilities.
• Develop and optimize LLM fine-tuning strategies for domain-specific adaptation.
• Build and maintain agentic workflows for autonomous, multi-step AI systems.
• Create evaluation frameworks to measure and iterate on model performance.

What you'll need

• 3+ years software engineering experience (or 2+ years with a master’s, or 1+ year with a PhD).
• Programming language experience including C, C++, Java, or Python.
• Experience in AI/Machine Learning engineering (1-5 years stated).
• Python experience.
• Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow and vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone).
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Transformers.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and reinforcement learning.
