SAP MDM Consultant for Application support and Maintenance

Overview

SAP MDM Consultant responsible for application support and maintenance in the SAP MDM & MDG modules, handling end-user issues and SAP-related change requests.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with end-user ticket resolution via ITSM (ServiceNow) using an ITIL framework.
• Handle incident, problem, and service request tickets in SAP MDM & MDG.
• Troubleshoot and fix stuck, failed, and locked change requests.
• Configure and maintain change request types, change request steps, and CR replication analysis.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair BRF+-based rule workflows and adjust workflow routing.
• Monitor and troubleshoot DRF failures, IDoc errors, and SOA web services affecting data replication.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in SAP R/3 & S/4 MDM & MDG consulting.
• ITIL process knowledge for handling end-user issues and tickets.
• Functional knowledge of master data domains including Material and BP.
• Knowledge of BRF+, FPM, Web Dynpro ABAP, and MDG API framework.
• Ability to analyze CR replication logs for successful updates to staging and active areas.
• Ability to configure UI modeling including feeder classes and access classes.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow knowledge.
