Overview
Seeking a SAP Security & GRC Analyst for a permanent, full-time role in India, performable remotely within India with occasional travel to the Mumbai office.
What you’ll do
- Support the end-to-end SAP user access lifecycle, including provisioning and access termination.
- Design and maintain SAP roles using PFCG with least-privilege principles.
- Troubleshoot SAP authorization issues using tools such as SU53 and SUIM.
- Manage SAP GRC Access Control activities (ARA, ARM, EAM/Firefighter, BRM) and SoD risk analysis.
- Support security for SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, B4HANA, SLT, PI, and Solution Manager/ChaRM-related access.
- Assist auditors with access evidence and remediation of access-related findings.
What you’ll need
- 3–5 years of hands-on SAP Security and SAP GRC experience in an enterprise SAP environment.
- Knowledge of SAP authorization/RBAC concepts, PFCG role design, and user administration.
- Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.x, including ARA, ARM, EAM/Firefighter, and BRM.
- Practical experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, Fiori Security, B4HANA, GRC, SLT, and PI.
- Experience with SoD, privileged access, least privilege, and mitigating controls.
- Experience using ServiceNow or comparable ITSM/ticketing platforms.

- Work location: Remote within India, with preference for Mumbai, Ahmedabad, or Bangalore (occasional travel to Mumbai office).
- Working hours: flexible for time-zone overlap; evening work may extend up to 11:00pm IST.
