Oracle Fusion Controls and System Analyst

Overview

Oracle Fusion Controls and System Analyst responsible for access management, controls compliance, and configuration governance across enterprise platforms at AVEVA.

What you'll do

• Manage user access provisioning, modifications, role assignments, and access removals across Oracle Fusion and related systems.
• Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes and periodic access reviews.
• Perform controls testing and maintain audit evidence for SOX, PCAOB, and internal compliance.
• Review access and configuration changes to ensure approvals and governance standards are met.
• Maintain audit trails for access and configuration activities to support audits.
• Monitor and support remediation of access incidents, audit findings, and control deficiencies.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in access and system governance.
• Experience in ERP access management, security administration, controls compliance, or system governance.
• Understanding of SOX, ITGC controls, and audit processes.
• Knowledge of RBAC and Segregation of Duties (SoD) in access governance.
• Experience preparing audit evidence and supporting compliance reviews.
