SoD Ruleset Specialist

Overview

SoD Ruleset Specialist responsible for owning and improving the global SAP SoD ruleset for ECC and Fiori/S4 environments.

What you'll do

• Own the global SoD ruleset for ECC and Fiori and issue/refresh guidance.
• Design, develop, and maintain SoD rulesets for ECC and S/4HANA (T-code and Fiori-based).
• Run ruleset testing and validate compliance and accuracy across system landscapes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align rulesets with business processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, H2R, Tax, Treasury, ITGC).
• Analyze SoD conflicts, troubleshoot issues, and propose remediation and sustainable solutions.
• Coordinate with change management and audit teams to maintain ITGC and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate SoD Reference Group meetings, manage minutes/action items, and track ruleset changes with traceability.

What you'll need

• 8–10 years of relevant experience (with a graduate degree in any discipline).
• Strong knowledge of ECC and S/4HANA authorization concepts (T-code & Fiori-based).
• Proven expertise in ruleset development, testing, and maintenance for ECC & S/4HANA.
• Experience with multi-system SAP landscapes including S/4 environments.
• Adequate knowledge of core business processes: R2R, O2C, P2P, H2R, Tax, Treasury, ITGC.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP GRC ARM, ARA & BRM.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM) knowledge.
