Staff Information Systems Engineer

Overview

Staff Information Systems Engineer focused on end-to-end administration, design, implementation, and support of Zscaler’s Google Workspace platform, including enterprise generative AI adoption.

What you'll do

• Lead design, implementation, and long-term strategy for enterprise Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Docs).
• Drive rollout, administration, governance, and organizational adoption of Google Gemini Enterprise for Workspace.
• Develop automation scripts using Google Apps Script, Google Apps Manager (GAM), and APIs for group management and workflows.
• Configure SAML-based SSO and SCIM provisioning/deprovisioning for user lifecycle management and RBAC.
• Implement security policies including DLP, AI governance frameworks, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) for endpoint data protection.
• Resolve complex technical escalations, work with vendors, and deliver end-user training; analyze performance metrics to improve collaboration.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience administering and managing enterprise-grade Google Workspace environments.
• Practical experience configuring, managing, or piloting Google Gemini for Workspace and implementing enterprise AI security/usage policies.
• Proficiency with Google Admin Console, Google Vault, Google Apps Script, GAM, and API integrations.
• Experience configuring SAML for SSO and SCIM for user lifecycle management.
• Proven experience implementing MDM policies and device compliance controls.
