SAP MM+Ariba Source to Pay Sr. Consultant

Overview

Senior Source to Pay (S2P) Business Systems Analyst role supporting procurement and payments across the end-to-end S2P lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Support end-to-end S2P activities including sourcing, purchasing, invoicing, and payments with accurate transactions.
• Partner on future-state process definition, requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze spend, invoice, and payment data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, FP&A, Treasury, and technology teams to align processes.
• Support data governance, controls, audit readiness, user training, and QA/UAT for compliance and adoption.
• Resolve issues and validate requirements with business users, engineers, system integrators, and vendors.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in source-to-pay, procure-to-pay, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Finance Operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba domain/tools is a key plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools such as Ariba or Zip or Coupa.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, Alteryx, and AI-enabled tools for finance process improvement.
