SAP PLM -Senior Associate-Bangalore

Overview

As a SAP PLM Senior Associate, you consult on SAP supply chain and operations applications, from analyzing client needs to implementing solutions and providing training and support.

What you'll do

• Analyze client needs and implement SAP supply chain and operations solutions.
• Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and recommendations.
• Manage project resources and budgets to deliver client solutions on time.
• Coordinate supply chain transformation initiatives aligned to client objectives.
• Leverage data modeling and reporting tools to enhance supply chain performance.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM) is required.

Nice to have

• One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, EWM, TM) or related logistics credentials.
• Experience managing inventory with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience in demand forecasting and planning operations.
• Experience developing procurement strategies and system implementation.
• Experience navigating complex client relationships and inspiring team growth.
