Overview

SAP IBP - Senior Associate consulting role for SAP supply chain and operations applications, working with clients to analyze needs, implement solutions, and support adoption.

What you'll do

• Analyze client needs and implement SAP supply chain and operations solutions.
• Lead integration and utilization of SAP applications to optimize supply chain processes.
• Provide training and support to enable seamless software adoption and operational efficiency.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and execution to meet client expectations.
• Develop and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Use data-driven insights to improve supply chain management and operational strategies.
• Address conflicts with stakeholders when necessary.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions (including listed examples).
• Demonstrated proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM).
• Ability to use data-driven insights for supply chain optimization.
• Project budgeting and resource management skills.

• Skills in demand forecasting and planning operations.
