Overview

As a SAP - SD- Manager within PwC Acceleration Center India's Technology Consulting practice, you will specialize in SAP technology, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support to help clients achieve their strategic objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations.
• Analyze client needs and develop tailored SAP configurations to meet strategic objectives.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies.
• Guide teams in the seamless integration and utilization of business applications.
• Provide training and support to clients for effective use of SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with team leadership to maintain quality and timelines of deliverables.
• Encourage team development through coaching and leveraging individual strengths.
• Address and resolve conflicts or issues with clients and team members.
• Promote the use of innovative technologies and practices within SAP projects.
• Validate data integrity and compliance within SAP frameworks.
• Lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.
• Confirm project success and maintain standards.
• Motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality.
• Identify opportunities that contribute to the success of the Firm.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Nice to have

• At least one of the following: one or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials.
• Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori.
• Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for business transformation.
• Strategic technology planning and process optimization.
• Coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.
• Leading business transformation initiatives with a focus on SAP solutions.
• Skills in SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver for client projects.
