Masterdata Analyst III

Overview

Master data analyst responsible for integrity, lifecycle tracking, and administration of enterprise IT and service asset data across core systems.

What you'll do

• Create and govern master item data records (MIDs) for IT Asset Management, AV, and Workplace Services.
• Configure and publish hardware, software, mobile devices, and bundled service plans in the internal ordering storefront.
• Build and maintain delivery restriction and user visibility policies based on platform and regional constraints.
• Perform single and bulk updates to critical asset attributes using ERP tooling and standard mass-update transactions.
• Monitor, resolve, and route technical lifecycle requests and user feedback across enterprise ticketing platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance to ensure naming conventions, approvals, and standardised intake workflows.

What you'll need

• 5–7 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM), supply chain operations, or enterprise IT catalogue administration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems including SAP MDG, SAP Fiori, SAP Hybris Backoffice, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency with enterprise ticketing/workflow platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• High attention to detail for data cleansing, bulk migration, CSV handling, deduplication, and schema validation.
• Familiarity with hardware classification and SKU/MPN mapping workflows (including BYOD and managed service provider assets).
• Strong written communication to coordinate technical verifications and secure stakeholder approvals.
