IM Transcend GTO Lead Analyst – Master Data AR/AP

Overview

Support the GTO Finance Commercial Lead on an S/4 HANA ERP deployment, representing the finance function in the Transcend Finance Commercial pillar and covering Customer and Vendor processes.

What you'll do

• Support the GTO Finance Commercial Lead with all aspects of an S/4 HANA ERP deployment.
• Take a leading role in representing the finance function in the cross-functional Transcend Finance Commercial pillar.
• Collaborate with Transcend functional teams to translate Finance design requirements for Customer and Vendor processes into a Global Template design.
• Support management of interdependencies with Signifi/Transact in Customer and Vendor processes related to Finance.
• Collaborate with Transcend BPOs and business SMEs to understand Finance Commercial and Reporting processes and deliver design decisions, process taxonomy, process flows, business requirements, business user stories, and manage all compliance aspects.
• Partner with JJT and external partners to explore and assess technology options that support business requirements.
• Collaborate with Global Master Data teams on designing Customer and Vendor processes related to Finance, and document future design as part of the Global Template build.
• Build TIME Customer Account Group alignment with Master Data GTO, including understanding account group purpose, deciding partner functions, and confirming company code data requirements.
• Confirm TIME Customer Master Data attributes, including Customer Account Assignment Group, Reconciliation Account, Payment Terms, and Sort Key.
• Align and confirm MDG fields and approval workflow for Finance data, and support the MD team on Vendor WHT data.
• Support Customer Master migration by working with MD and CE teams on legacy data cleaning and Customer Account Group mapping between legacy and TIME.
• Prepare and share Payment Terms mapping for migrated customers and work with the Transact team to obtain new TIME payment terms corresponding to legacy terms.
• Support any migration defects.
• Confirm the customer account group filter and prepare data fields for the TIME to Finance S4 (Transact) and TIME to Finance S4/DH interfaces.

What you'll need

• University degree in Finance or Economics.
• 6+ years of related experience.
• Previous experience in Finance roles, preferably in supply chain and/or a principal company environment.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP S/4 HANA Order to Cash (Accounts Receivables) and Reporting.
• Strong analytic skills and ability to balance big picture with attention to detail.
• Passion to develop expertise in complex financial topics.
• Agile mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate complex issues.
• Team player with a collaborative working style.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Procure to Pay (Accounts Payable) and Intercompany processes.
• Experience with process development and improvement.
• Experience working in global or virtual environments.
