Overview

Software engineer role supporting multiple areas of the bank’s IT platform/infrastructure, including analysis, development, and administration. You will design and build technical solutions using a full-stack approach.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy microservices using Java full-stack technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and DevOps to deliver solutions.
• Adhere to and promote best practices and standards.
• Drive code reviews, coding standards, and mentor junior team members.

What you'll need

• 5–9 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, multithreading, and RESTful APIs.
• Front-end experience with Angular and/or React.
• Performance tuning/optimization experience for large applications, including Oracle databases.
• Unit testing and automated testing experience with JUnit, Mojito, and related tools.
• Experience with Docker and one of OpenShift or Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
