Overview

Guide a product-oriented team in Agile practices, delivery coordination, impediment removal, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to coordinate product delivery.
• Facilitate Scrum and PI ceremonies.
• Remove impediments and roadblocks affecting delivery.
• Support backlog review and preparation for upcoming sprints.
• Monitor progress, issues, risks, and delivery metrics.
• Align the team on PI plans and objectives.
• Coach team members and promote Scrum practices.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of experience.
• At least 8 years of related experience as a project team member.
• At least 3 years of Agile software development experience, including coaching on Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of engineering best practices.
• Experience with successful Agile techniques.
• Conflict resolution, team building, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
