Security Analyst - Corporate/Global Security

Overview

Supports the regional Manager, Global Security in protecting PTC people, facilities, data and brand across India and APAC, reporting directly to that manager.

What you'll do

• Support the regional Manager, Global Security across strategic focus areas including Physical & Technical Security, Travel Risk Management, and Crisis Response & Resiliency.
• Provide security office administrative duties as needed to support PTC employees at the dedicated regional HUB.
• Perform daily operations in the enterprise video and access control software, including badging & ID, occupancy reporting and video review.
• Be responsible for security technology health and maintenance processes and procedures.
• Communicate with PTC managers on office space and restricted space access requests and access rosters.
• Monitor the regional global security mailbox and service ticket system for employee assistance requests.
• Monitor the PTC Crisis Platform for potential threats to employees or business and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate and communicate with regional property management security teams to ensure a safe and secure environment for PTC employees.
• Assist in scheduling additional security coverage for PTC events when required.
• Work closely with PTC Office Managers to support ERT needs, training and plans.
• Assist office managers in the region to schedule First Aid, CPR & AED training.
• Track regional global security metrics as developed by Global Security Leadership.
• Handle all other projects assigned by the regional global security manager.

What you'll need

• Associate degree or 4+ total years' experience.
• 1-3 years' experience in corporate / global security or a similar function.

• Ability to effectively communicate and build influential relationships at all levels of the organization, while building the Global Security brand.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
