Overview

Security Operations AI Engineer (Contract) managing AI information security operations, incident response, and engineering focused on securing AI/ML systems and infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned project tasks to successful completion.
• Maintain security integrity of the client’s mission-critical application suite.
• Provide 24/7 availability for critical security incident response.
• Ensure security tooling operates at required service levels and availability.
• Identify and mitigate security events using tools and operational practices.
• Develop and maintain AI/ML security incident response playbooks.
• Monitor and secure generative AI systems, LLMs, and AI-powered applications.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or applicable experience.
• 5+ years in information security operations in multiple roles.
• 3+ years in security incident response and operations.
• 2+ years in AI/ML security, including securing LLMs, generative AI systems, and ML pipelines.
• Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, WAF, SEIM, and SOAR technologies.
• Programming/scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of information security standards and practices.
