Senior AI Prompt Writer

Overview

Develop and execute AI-driven solutions within the business by crafting sophisticated prompts and overseeing the design of advanced agents to improve operational efficiency, customer engagement and digital transformation.

What you'll do

• Drive the execution of the AI innovation roadmap aligned with the company's broader digital transformation strategy.
• Execute high-impact AI use cases such as automation of existing services and products, predictive analytics, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Develop AI solutions by creating sophisticated agents and prompts, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and operational processes.
• Build AI models and solutions with scalability, reliability and compliance in mind, addressing ethical AI concerns and industry regulations.
• Ensure AI development follows SitusAMC standard processes and procedures.
• Participate in quality assurance testing, volume testing and bias testing of agents, including creating test plans.
• Develop repeatable models that can be replicated across the business and gain efficiencies with each implementation.
• Work alongside existing delivery teams to enhance product offerings, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making through AI-powered insights.
• Support business personnel tasked with advancing AI initiatives.
• Perform other activities as may be assigned by your manager.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Mid-level professional with 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align product decisions with organizational strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey the strategic vision and outcomes to various teams.
• Familiarity with backlog management and prioritization techniques, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application in product or service development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• A strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and SitusAMC's guiding principles.

Details

• Remote.
• Annual full-time base salary range of $70,000.00 - $80,000.00, determined through interviews and review of education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and market data.
• Eligible for a discretionary bonus under bonus program guidelines and approval.
• Full-time position.
