Senior Analyst, Enterprise D&D Planning

Overview

Senior Analyst, Enterprise D&D Planning in the Development & Design Finance group, supporting D&D annual planning, rolling forecasts, and headcount planning.

What you'll do

• Support the planning and forecasting calendar for D&D (annual plan, rolling forecast, monthly updates).
• Assemble and synchronize inputs across Finance, Studios, Product, Technology, People & Culture, Group Finance, and RCOE.
• Maintain trackers for forecast submissions, open items, risks, approvals, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare comparable, consistent planning outputs for D&D Finance and leadership review.
• Develop and enhance headcount planning templates using role-level, location, cost center, hiring, attrition, and transfer inputs.
• Align headcount assumptions with People & Culture and Finance and explain variances across plan/forecast/actuals.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, planning, forecasting, business operations, finance transformation, project management, or related analytical roles.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, headcount planning, and recurring finance operating rhythms.
• Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, dependencies, collaborators, and follow-ups across workstreams.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to produce clear, accurate, logically arranged work products.
