Senior Analyst, FinOp

Overview

Senior Analyst, FinOp role focused on daily financial reconciliations, settlements, and P&L analysis across OTC and fund accounting activities.

What you'll do

• Perform daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations against prime brokers, custodians, and administrators.
• Complete timely reconciliations and settlements of OTC products and swap resets.
• Conduct P&L analysis and coordinate with investment managers and internal stakeholders.
• Perform GAV/NAV reconciliations with fund administrators.
• Coordinate with internal groups including Pricing, Middle Office, and Collateral Management.
• Collaborate with technology teams on special projects, bespoke reporting, and UAT.

What you'll need

• Hold an MBA (Finance), CFA, CA, or equivalent qualification.
• Have 4–8 years of experience in fund accounting and operations.
• Have experience with a variety of financial instruments across geographies.
• Be proficient in MS Excel.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams.
