Senior Analyst

Overview

Senior Analyst role supporting clients with procurement and supply chain initiatives, including strategic sourcing, analytics, procurement operations, and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Conduct spend analysis, forecasting, consolidation, and total-cost assessments.
• Develop TCO and should-cost models and present findings to client stakeholders.
• Support end-to-end sourcing, including RFx development, market strategy, and supplier negotiation.
• Develop category strategies using spend, supplier, and industry benchmarking.
• Track budgets, savings, value delivery, contracts, supplier performance, and supplier risk.
• Manage purchase requisition-to-purchase order conversion, change orders, and ad hoc purchase-order administration.
• Participate in client reporting, process improvement, and data optimization activities.

What you'll need

• 3–10+ years of supply chain, procurement, or consulting experience with a Fortune 1000 company.
• Expertise in financial assessments, data assessments, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience with procurement tools such as SAP, Ariba, or Coupa.
• Experience in supply chain and procurement assessments, including interviewing, modeling, analytics, and report writing.
• Strategic sourcing experience covering research, RFx, evaluations, and negotiations.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work creatively, quantitatively, independently, and with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• At least one year of procure-to-pay platform experience with Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools.
• Sourcing experience in categories such as IT, professional services, CAPEX, MRO, marketing, facilities, utilities, logistics, or office supplies.
