Global Buyer Planner

Overview

Global Buyer Planner role supporting demand forecasting, procurement, inventory replenishment, and supplier coordination across a global network.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned product categories.
• Manage inventory levels and replenishment strategies to meet service levels.
• Create and manage purchase orders for direct and indirect materials to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as primary procurement contact for assigned suppliers and manage supplier performance.
• Coordinate planning and procurement activities across global manufacturing and distribution sites.
• Provide reporting on supply chain KPIs, inventory status, and procurement performance.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in a Buyer, Planner, or Procurement role.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP (or equivalent) for procurement and materials management.
• Data analysis, forecasting, and KPI management using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Understanding of supply chain planning methodologies such as MRP, S&OP, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
