Senior Analyst, Reporting & Analytics

Overview

Senior Analyst in the Digital & Data Analytics team within Global Supply Chain Services, leading AI-driven reporting, analytics and digital initiatives. Reports to the Manager, Digital & Data Analytics.

What you'll do

• Design, develop and maintain business-friendly reports, dashboards and analytics solutions (about 70% of time).
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate data discovery, data transformation, metadata analysis, code development, report design, UAT testing and documentation.
• Integrate agentic AI solutions into reporting workflows to proactively identify continuous improvement and operational efficiency opportunities.
• Partner with business-facing teams to gather and define requirements, prioritise work by business impact, and create structured delivery plans for complex, cross-functional projects (about 20% of time).
• Ensure clear communication of timelines, dependencies and progress to all stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, analytics tools and best practices, and recommend improvements to data strategy, reporting architecture and technology stack (about 10% of time).

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science Engineering, with experience in key digital software.
• Hands-on experience building advanced AI agents.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Copilot technologies and other AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to design efficient frameworks (e.g., smart harnesses) that optimise token consumption for AI agents.
• Expert knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Dataverse, Azure Data Services, SQL Server and Python.
• Solid experience designing data architectures and data models, building ETL/ELT pipelines, developing APIs and implementing data engineering solutions on cloud-based platforms.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and adopt new AI, digital and automation tools and deploy them in live project environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders and convert business requirements into technical specifications.
• Demonstrated success executing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and investigative mindset; troubleshoot independently and simplify complex problems into workable solutions.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable solutions, measurable outcomes and actionable delivery plans.
• Sound understanding of ethical AI practices, data privacy considerations, and compliance with industry standards and organisational policies.

Nice to have

• Some prior experience with Microsoft Fabric, Tableau or Google Looker (a bonus).
• Bachelor of Engineering as preferred minimum education, in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Related industry experience in Healthcare, Pharma or MedTech.
• End-to-end supply chain, enterprise contract management, global trade controls or global transportation and trade operations experience in a global or multi-divisional environment.
