Senior Android Engineer

Overview

Senior Android Engineer on the Coupang Eats team, building features and improving performance for the Coupang Eats app.

What you'll do

• Develop new features for the Coupang Eats app
• Improve app performance for faster and more reliable user experiences
• Build reusable and scalable common modules
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams to deliver high-quality projects

What you'll need

• 5+ years of Android app development experience
• Strong understanding of the Android platform and Kotlin
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and a high sense of ownership

Nice to have

• Experience in O2O or e-commerce domains
• Experience with Compose, Coroutines, and unit test development
• Understanding of CI and automated development environments

Details

• Hybrid work model: at least 3 days per week in the office, with up to 2 days working from home, depending on the role requirement
• Some businesses may require more time in office due to the nature of work
