We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the development of high-end residential projects. You will be responsible for translating client requirements into innovative and visually stunning architectural solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex residential projects from conceptualization to completion
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications that adhere to building codes and regulations
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members
• Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and industry best practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's design processes and standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field
• Master's degree in Architecture (M.Arch) is preferred
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in residential architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in using industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a team environment and mentor junior architects
• Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
