Overview

Senior Associate AI/ML Engineer in PwC’s Data & Analytics Advisory team, focused on leading AI/ML initiatives and delivering analytics-driven insights for clients.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement AI/ML solutions to optimize business performance.
• Build and deploy LLM-based applications using frameworks and prompt engineering.
• Perform large-scale data analytics using Spark and big data processing.
• Manage AI/ML experiments with Git and MLflow, including tracking/version control.
• Set up LLM serving and infrastructure components (e.g., vLLM, FastAPI, quantization, vector databases).
• Drive MLOps practices such as containerization, model serving, and automated retraining.

What you'll need

• 4–8 years of total & relevant experience in AI/ML or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Experience with LLM frameworks (Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain) and prompt engineering.
• Experience with ML and LLM development lifecycle, including fine-tuning and evaluation.
• Deep understanding of feature engineering, embedding optimization, and dimensionality reduction.
• Proficiency in RAG systems, vector databases, and semantic search implementation.
• Bachelor of Engineering degree (B.Tech/B.Tech or equivalent per listed education).
