Senior Associate – Product Manager - AI Products, Advisory

Overview

As a Product Manager in Advisory, you will help clients leverage transformation to enhance customer experiences and manage AI products across strategy, delivery, and product operations.

What you'll do

• Define product strategy, roadmap, features, and product planning.
• Write stories to define outcomes and product requirements.
• Manage the product backlog while prioritizing work and making product-related decisions based on customer needs.
• Deliver products end to end, identify key gaps in product features, and define objectives and key results.
• Engage and drive discussions with engineering, design, operations, and multiple other teams.
• Prioritize product features based on impact, cost, feasibility, and usage.
• Work with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Work on AI products.
• Work in retail, including stores, inventory, and supply chain; life sciences; or healthcare industries.

What you'll need

• 7 -15 years of experience.
• Enterprise-level Agile experience.
• Experience in product strategy, roadmap, feature definition, planning, and managing product features.
• Experience writing stories to define outcomes and product requirements.
• Experience managing a product backlog, prioritizing work, and making product-related decisions based on customer needs.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery, identifying key gaps in product features, and defining objectives and key results.
• Experience across product management, experience management, program management, and product marketing.
• Experience engaging and driving discussions with multiple teams such as engineering, design, and operations.
• Experience prioritizing product features based on impact, cost, feasibility, and usage.
• Experience working with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience working in AI products.
• AI Product Management skills.
• BE/BTech or MBA.

Nice to have

• Certification in PSM, PMI ACP, ICP ACC, or any other globally accepted Agile/Scrum certifications is desirable.
