Senior Associate – SAP ABAP, OC SAP AITH Core, Advisory

Overview

Senior Associate responsible for designing, developing, and delivering SAP ABAP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA environments. The role includes independent technical development, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, and code-quality support.

What you'll do

• Design and develop RICEF objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
• Build scalable solutions using Object-Oriented ABAP, Workflow, Data Dictionary objects, and Search Helps.
• Support specialized technologies such as Web Dynpro, OData, SAP BTP, SAP CPI/PO, SAP Fiori, or SF-HR-ABAP.
• Develop CDS Views and AMDPs for data modeling and performance optimization.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and SAP modifications.
• Perform peer reviews and support clean-core practices in S/4HANA environments.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with functional and technical teams.

What you'll need

• 4–8 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong knowledge of classical ABAP programming, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Experience with BAPIs, IDocs, RFC, and web services.
• Exposure to CDS Views, AMDP, OData services, RAP, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, SAP CPI/PO, or SF-HR-ABAP.
• Familiarity with performance tools including ST05, ST12, and SCI.
• Bachelor of Engineering qualification.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• SAP ABAP certification or S/4HANA development training.
