SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate

Overview

Deliver SAP ABAP solutions for client engagements, supporting process optimization and business transformation. The role includes client relationship management, team leadership, technical development, and business development.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple client engagements and report to senior management.
• Lead and mentor junior staff.
• Build direct relationships with clients to understand their needs.
• Use ABAP to support client solutions.
• Implement SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP NetWeaver technologies.
• Design automation solutions to improve client process efficiency.
• Identify and research new client opportunities.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience.
• At least a bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in ABAP.
• Analytical thinking and strategic technology planning skills.
• Ability to support business transformation and foster innovation.

Nice to have

• SAP certifications in areas such as SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience implementing SAP Fiori.
• Experience leveraging SAP HANA.
