Overview

Develop and implement Salesforce solutions focused on Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Salesforce OMS. The role involves building automation, integrations, and scalable agent experiences.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentforce agents.
• Build complex Prompt Builder steps and flows.
• Implement multi-step Agentforce orchestration flows.
• Integrate Agentforce with Data Cloud, OMS, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Train users on Agentforce best practices.
• Optimize agents for performance and scalability.
• Monitor agents and correct errors or performance issues.

What you'll need

• Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Have experience in cloud data engineering or a similar role.
• Know AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Be proficient in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Have experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Have Salesforce development knowledge, including Agentforce and Data Cloud.
