Senior Engineer, SAP Dev Code management

Overview

Senior Engineer responsible for enterprise quality engineering, test strategy, governance, and automation across SAP S/4HANA, JDE, and integrated ERP platforms.

What you'll do

• Define commercial ERP enterprise test strategies, standards, frameworks, governance models, and quality gates.
• Lead functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and end-to-end test automation transformation.
• Establish governance for SIT, UAT, regression, performance, security, validation, and business readiness testing.
• Develop risk-based testing for Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, Billing, Pricing, and Finance Integration processes.
• Manage test environments and test data for stability, compliance, security, and repeatability.
• Govern defects, quality analytics, release readiness, deployment quality, and residual-risk recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders and delivery partners to improve quality, compliance, testability, and operational readiness.

What you'll need

• 10+ years in Quality Engineering, Test Management, QA Leadership, or Enterprise Application Delivery.
• Experience with large-scale ERP transformation programs and SAP S/4HANA.
• Expertise in enterprise test strategies, quality engineering frameworks, governance, and risk-based testing.
• Experience leading test automation and quality engineering transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of release management, DevOps, test environments, test data, and ERP integration architecture.
• Experience managing system integrators, offshore teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Experience with SAP Activate, Agile, DevOps, Tricentis, Worksoft, Azure DevOps, Jira, Power BI, or regulated industries.
