Senior Cloud Security Engineer

Overview

Senior Cloud Security Engineer responsible for owning the security posture of cloud infrastructure across AWS/GCP for satellite network and enterprise systems.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud security architecture across AWS or GCP (IAM, network segmentation, workload security, secrets management, encryption/KMS).
• Build and tune cloud security posture management (CSPM), workload protection, and cloud-native detection capabilities.
• Embed security into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code workflows (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Own vulnerability management and hardening for cloud workloads, containers, and Kubernetes environments.
• Support incident response and forensics for cloud-based security events.
• Monitor and analyze security events across SIEM, EDR/XDR, firewalls, vulnerability management, and security monitoring tools.

What you'll need

• 6+ years in security engineering, including 3+ years focused specifically on cloud security (AWS and/or GCP).
• Hands-on experience in IAM design, VPC/network security, container and Kubernetes security, and secrets/key management.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure-as-code security (Terraform, policy-as-code tools like OPA/Sentinel).
• Experience with CSPM/CNAPP (e.g., Wiz, Prisma Cloud, Orca, or native cloud tooling).
• Scripting/automation ability (Python, Go, Java, or similar) for security tooling and remediation.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS.
• Knowledge of Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

• Location is Bangalore, India, with onsite work 3 days a week in office.
