Senior CloudOps Engineer

Overview

Senior CloudOps Engineer for building and operating cloud portal workloads across Azure and GCP, with a strong DevOps/DevSecOps focus. You’ll also contribute to portal application code when needed.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain Terraform and Ansible infrastructure-as-code modules for Azure and GCP.
• Build and operate secure, scalable Azure and GCP environments using AKS/GKE, networking, and key vault components.
• Implement governance, cost optimization, and compliance controls across subscriptions/projects.
• Develop and optimize Jenkins and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, rollback).
• Integrate vulnerability scanning, code analysis, and compliance checks into CI/CD workflows.
• Contribute portal use-case code including modern JS/TS frontend and REST API endpoints when required.
• Run monitoring and reliability practices with observability tools, SLOs/SLIs, and alerting.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering.
• Proficiency with Terraform and reusable module design.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience with Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Comfort with portal-style web apps (modern JS/TS frontend plus a REST backend).
• Daily fluency with AI-first development practices using AI coding assistants and reviewing outputs for correctness/security.
• Strong troubleshooting across infrastructure, network, and application layers.

• Location: Pune, MH, India.
• Working hours: general shift with flexibility for business/stakeholder needs; coordination with global stakeholders across time zones as required.
