Senior Consultant

Overview

Senior Technical Consultant focused on hands-on engineering, system design and technical integration for enterprise AI-powered process automation platforms, as an individual contributor.

What you'll do

• Implement scalable platform architecture, building and maintaining standards and tools for high performance and resilience, with a focus on reusability, schema design, data modeling, query performance, and responsive UX/UI best practices.
• Perform hands-on design, code implementation and unit testing of integrations using SQL views, stored procedures, and high-concurrency REST/SOAP web services/APIs.
• Rapidly diagnose performance bottlenecks, memory usage, CPU constraints and network latency spikes across the web application stack.
• Analyze database execution plans, system logs and Locust load test outputs to isolate and resolve root-cause performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure continuous integration and delivery alignment by applying DevSecOps practices, robust automated testing and clean coding standards.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Mathematics.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years of specialized experience in enterprise web application development, delivery, and deployment.
• Proven hands-on experience developing, configuring, testing and deploying enterprise-grade software applications in an agile delivery environment.
• Deep technical expertise in Python and SQL, supplemented by working knowledge of JavaScript or Java.
• Strong experience designing relational data models (SQL Server, Oracle, or MariaDB), custom APIs, and middleware/ESB orchestration layers.
• Practical experience with web application infrastructure, containerization using Kubernetes, DevSecOps concepts, test automation tools (Selenium), and performance/load testing methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience operating within high-velocity, cross-functional engineering teams.
• Hands-on exposure to modern Generative AI integrations, LLM application pipelines, or vector databases.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
