Senior Customer Service Engineer - Cyclotron

Overview

Senior Customer Service Engineer for Cyclotron sites, performing on-site services, maintenance and field engineering on customer properties.

What you'll do

• Perform all on-site life extensions, repairs and inspection-related service activities for installed fleets and supervise new and existing Cyclotron equipment at the customer site.
• Carry out onsite diagnostics.
• Make decisions and resolve issues requiring good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
• Consult more senior team members for issues outside defined instructions or parameters.
• Lead a junior team where required.
• Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between the customer and GE.
• Explain technical information to others.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Services and Field Services.
