Senior Data Analyst

Overview

Senior Data Analyst role in Data and Analytics focused on designing and delivering analytics solutions, preparing complex data sources, and presenting insights to business and management users.

What you'll do

• Independently design data and analytics projects to meet business needs.
• Leverage advanced techniques to create optimized, efficient, repeatable, and scalable code.
• Use analytical insights to develop solutions and improve processes with business counterparts.
• Analyze and incorporate complex and new data sources into project design.
• Act as a domain and/or technical lead to more junior members.
• Package, summarize, visualize, and perform storytelling on analytical findings.
• Ensure proper use of data assets by working with data governance and compliance professionals.

What you'll need

• BS degree in a STEM major or equivalent discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in the fintech/banking/lending/credit bureau domain.
• Strong understanding of financial data systems, credit risk, or consumer analytics.
• Demonstrated experience handling financial datasets, regulatory reporting frameworks, or credit-decisioning workflows.
• Strong data analysis and statistical analysis experience.
• Technical skills in SQL, BigQuery, R, Python, Tableau, and Looker.
• Google Cloud certification strongly preferred.
