Senior Data Scientist

Overview

Senior Data Scientist role to lead data science efforts across product and business problems using analytics, experimentation, and statistical methods to drive measurable outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead AI-enabled analytics to support AI adoption across the SDLC.
• Define metrics for product and business performance measurement.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities, issues, and key business drivers.
• Design experiments and apply statistical and causal inference methods.
• Prepare and analyze large datasets using cloud platforms.
• Build dashboards and visualizations to track performance and trends.
• Partner with product and engineering teams and communicate findings to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of progressive data scientist experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required (applied math, computer science, natural sciences, or engineering preferred).
• 5+ years of experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and optimization.
• Fluency in Python, with pandas, numpy, SciPy, and scikit-learn preferred.
• Proficiency in linear algebra and statistics.
• Experience with versioning systems and reproducibility principles (scientific software principles).
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is desired.
