Senior Data Scientist - Customer & Marketing Analytics

Senior Data Scientist focused on delivering advanced analytics solutions for customer and marketing use cases, including pricing optimization, segmentation, and causal inference.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor data scientists and provide technical direction across data science projects.
• Own end-to-end delivery from problem definition and exploratory analysis through modelling, validation, deployment, and adoption.
• Build pricing optimization and price elasticity models to support revenue, profitability, and market-share objectives.
• Create customer segmentation and targeting models using clustering techniques like K-Means, GMM, and DBSCAN.
• Develop predictive and statistical models (e.g., regression, random forests, decision trees, SVM).
• Apply causal inference methods and experimentation techniques such as A/B testing and Difference-in-Differences.
• Deploy and operationalize models using AWS SageMaker and communicate insights to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Strong SQL skills including joins, window functions, and aggregations.
• Strong applied statistics foundation covering hypothesis testing, model evaluation, and statistical inference.
• Hands-on experience with Bayesian modelling and optimization, including frameworks such as PyMC or Stan.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, particularly AWS SageMaker for model development and deployment.
• Experience in feature engineering, model selection, validation, tuning, and performance evaluation.
