Sr Data Scientist

Overview

Sr Data Scientist role focused on building and deploying machine learning models and analytical solutions for global manufacturing and engineering operations.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ML models and analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with Smart Manufacturing Strategy Leads to align data science work with business goals.
• Mentor and coach data scientists and engineers.
• Provide technical consulting and hands-on support to site teams to identify and implement solutions.
• Conduct interviews and prototype development to validate use cases.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering on structured and unstructured data.

What you'll need

• Fluency in Python for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and supervised/unsupervised/semi-supervised learning.
• Hands-on experience in GenAI and agent development.
• Experience with SQL and data extraction from relational databases.
• Proficiency in cloud-based analytics platforms such as GCP and Snowflake.
• Experience with TensorFlow, Keras, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with time-series and image data and anomaly detection.
