Senior Designer

Overview

Senior Graphic Designer responsible for concepting and delivering high-quality, on-brand creative that supports marketing, product, and sales initiatives.

What you'll do

• Concept and execute high-impact visual designs across digital, web, campaigns, events, and marketing materials.
• Translate business goals and creative briefs into design solutions aligned with brand standards.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the brand’s visual identity, design systems, and templates.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across creative deliverables.
• Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams for cohesive design across customer touchpoints.
• Present design concepts and rationale, incorporating feedback while maintaining design integrity.
• Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to extend creative execution when needed.

What you'll need

• 5–8+ years of professional design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong portfolio showing strategic thinking and high-quality creative execution.
• Advanced visual design skills across digital, brand, and marketing applications.
• Strong expertise in typography, layout, and composition.
• Strong motion graphics and video capabilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, design systems, and component libraries.
