Senior Developer (Full Stack)

Overview

Build scalable, cloud-native backend services for the OneTru Platform (Data Management), which helps users onboard, manage and leverage data across the OneTru ecosystem. Work closely with Engineering Managers and Product Teams to integrate with enterprise platforms and data solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver high-quality, production-ready backend services using modern software engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address business and technical requirements.
• Drive application scalability, reliability, and performance through innovative design and continuous improvement.
• Apply a test-driven development approach, ensuring robust code quality, maintainability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across the application stack.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas that enhance product capabilities and developer productivity.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in building scalable, cloud-native services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture.
• Experience in application design, development, testing, debugging, and security vulnerability remediation.
• Good understanding of Snowflake, Apache Iceberg, and modern data platforms.
• Experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Harness) and source control tools such as Git/Gerrit.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Spark, Python, BigQuery, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience incorporating AI/ML or Generative AI capabilities into applications.

Details

• Hybrid position: work virtually and in-person at an assigned TransUnion office location for a minimum of two days a week.
• Location: Bengaluru.
