Senior Devops Engineer

Overview

Senior DevOps and Platform Engineer role focused on cloud-native architecture, CI/CD automation, observability and AIOps, working primarily from an HPE office.

What you'll do

• Design scalable cloud-native architectures using AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, EKS and AKS.
• Implement automated CI/CD pipelines using Argo CD, Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Automate infrastructure with Ansible, Python, Shell Scripting and Go.
• Implement observability and monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, CrowdStrike LogScale and OpenSearch.
• Implement GitOps, DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Apply AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot and multi-model AI platforms (GPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Work on AIOps, including anomaly detection, automated alerting, log analytics, multi-source data ingestion and RCA triaging.
• Handle troubleshooting, incident management and platform reliability.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Typically 8-12 years of experience.

Nice to have

• AWS and Kubernetes certifications (AWS Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD) are highly preferred.

• Onsite role, with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnātaka, India.
