Senior Digital Engineer - Assistant Vice President

Overview

Senior Digital Engineer (Assistant Vice President) for designing, building, and scaling Java-based enterprise systems with solution architecture leadership.

What you'll do

• Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure, high-performance Java solutions.
• Define solution architecture across application, integration, data, and deployment domains.
• Drive technology choices, architectural patterns, and design standards across teams.
• Review and approve HLD and LLD for technical designs.
• Develop microservices using Java with Spring Boot/Spring Cloud and ensure code quality via reviews and automated testing.
• Build cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and REST/event-driven integrations.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with product, business, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

What you'll need

• 14+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong foundation in solution architecture.
• Java expertise including JVM internals, concurrency, and performance tuning.
• Spring Framework skills including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud.
• Microservices and distributed systems design experience.
• REST APIs/JSON with OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Cloud experience with at least one platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
