Senior EHS Engineer

Overview

Lead occupational health, process safety, and industrial safety programs for semiconductor manufacturing operations. Ensure EHS compliance and drive risk-based safety performance across construction, installation, and operations.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement EHS policies, programs, and procedures.
• Lead site EHS audits and track corrective and preventive actions.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage risk controls for workplace hazards.
• Maintain EHS training, communications, and document-control processes.
• Oversee emergency preparedness, business continuity, equipment safety buyoff, and mock drills.
• Coordinate health checkups, statutory approvals, and EHS budget tracking.

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of experience in safety, health, and environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety and health engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of equipment safety and semiconductor cleanroom standards and utilities.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and RBA compliance.
• Knowledge of process safety, LOTO, and PTW systems.
• Strong English communication, analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fab environment, cleanroom protocols, facilities systems, or complex industrial systems.
