Sr Process & Quality Consultant

Overview

Serve as a senior process and quality partner supporting Roundel’s retail media network. Improve operational rigor, quality outcomes, governance, and data-driven ways of working across media operations, ad-tech platforms, and go-to-market workflows.

What you'll do

• Maintain process documentation, maps, and quality management artifacts.
• Identify process gaps and design improved ways of working.
• Integrate product and process changes into existing workflows.
• Define and review operational KPIs and conduct trend analysis.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and solution design.
• Review controls, assess risks, and support audit readiness.
• Run operating cadences and present data-driven recommendations.

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of experience in process improvement, quality management, operations, or business transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years required, or equivalent experience.
• Execution experience in retail media, digital advertising, ad-tech, e-commerce, or data-driven environments.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, or similar methods.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, ownership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience with BI or reporting tools.
• Exposure to ad-tech or media operations workflows and quality controls.
• Experience in consulting-style or advisory roles.
• Familiarity with governance, controls, or audit support.
• Customer, advertiser, or client-service experience.
