Senior Engineer AI-ML

Overview

Senior Engineer AI-ML is a senior position leading application systems analysis and programming, working with the technology team to establish and implement new or revised application systems.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI models to address complex business problems.
• Build and optimize Agentic AI systems with autonomy and decision-making capabilities.
• Develop scalable Python solutions for data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques in ML and Generative AI.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance for continuous improvement and optimization.
• Document processes, models, and code for transparency and reproducibility.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML with strong Python proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems.
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and AI/ML model development.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or other AI domains.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of data engineering workflows including data cleaning, feature engineering, and pipeline development.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
