Senior Engineer – Customer Engineering

Overview

Senior Engineer supporting IVI/ADAS automotive customers across graphics, embedded systems, issue resolution, and platform debugging.

What you'll do

• Provide engineering support to IVI/ADAS automotive customers.
• Resolve customer issues with PDM and engineering teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide structured engineering feedback.
• Analyze graphics performance bottlenecks across QNX, Android, and hypervisor platforms.
• Develop debug scripts and automation tools for issue triage.
• Support customers on-site or remotely as needed.
• Maintain skill documentation and internal triage guides.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in embedded systems or graphics engineering.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience with Linux kernel device drivers, system stability, and boot architecture.
• Experience with Android, QNX, and hypervisor-based platforms.
• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Working knowledge of Java and Python for scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with GDB, ramdump/coredump analysis, and memory profiling tools.

Nice to have

• GPU architecture and Graphics/DRM kernel graphics driver experience.
• Knowledge of Functional Safety and ISO 26262 concepts.
• Experience with CTS/VTS, Vulkan conformance, or Android graphics compliance.
• Customer-facing or field application engineering experience.
