Senior Engineer - Data Analyst

Overview

Senior Engineer responsible for solving organizational problems through big data analytics and automation. The role develops data solutions, dashboards, reporting, and standardized processes for engineering functions.

What you'll do

• Gather customer needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Define end-to-end automation and solution architectures.
• Assemble and maintain data from diverse sources.
• Apply data analytics algorithms and provide recommendations.
• Develop dashboards showing KPIs, targets, trends, and snapshots.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver quality results on time.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
• 6–9 years of experience.
• Experience in database management, data solution development, transformation, and data quality assurance.
• Experience with BI tools and ETL/ELT, API, or SQL data integration.
• Understanding of data modeling techniques such as 3rd normal form, Star, or Snowflake.
• Experience developing dashboards and interactive visualizations using technologies such as Power BI, Grafana, R, or Python.
• Experience developing and supporting data pipelines, with basic understanding of DevSecOps and CI/CD.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of engineering and program management datasets, including SAP or Oracle datasets.
