Senior Field Clinical Specialist, TMTT

Overview

Senior Field Clinical Specialist (FCS) is a clinical expert responsible for enabling safe and successful adoption of PASCAL therapies by partnering with physicians, cath lab teams, and hospitals within the TMTT business unit.

What you’ll do

• Lead therapy support activities including imaging, integration, and troubleshooting for equipment, software, tools, and products.
• Provide post-commercial clinical education and training support for in-service programs and one-on-one sessions in the Cath Lab.
• Deliver real-time on-site guidance during clinical implants, including contingency planning for unforeseen occurrences.
• Document procedural case observations for learning and training updates.
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and recommend solutions for device iterations and new development.
• Identify and train select hospital staff members to act as designated experts on EW products.

What you’ll need

• Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certification (e.g., echocardiography, nursing).
• 7 years’ experience in related medical device and/or clinical experience.
• Experience as a clinical specialist imaging/echocardiographer with TEE or CT experience and/or structural heart devices.
