Disease management Solutions Clinical Support Specialist (90% Travel M-F)

Overview

Provide clinical training, product education, implementation support, and application guidance for Philips Disease Management Solutions, primarily DynaCAD and UroNav, in a customer-facing field role.

What you'll do

• Deliver hands-on and remote clinical training for DynaCAD and UroNav.
• Advise physicians and technologists on workflows and product applications.
• Support customer implementations and new product introductions.
• Assemble and install UroNav products.
• Troubleshoot software, workflow, computer, networking, and DICOM issues.
• Help customers optimize advanced imaging and post-processing solutions.
• Travel approximately 90% to customer sites throughout the United States.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of clinical experience as an MRI Technologist and/or Ultrasound Technologist.
• Strong knowledge of imaging workflows and patient care environments.
• Strong teaching, presentation, and customer-facing communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or equivalent education in Radiology.
• Active ARRT credential with advanced MRI or active ARDMS certification.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays, and commute to a major non-regional airport.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of MRI or Ultrasound clinical experience.
• Experience with image generation and data analysis tools.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical applications, post-processing products, and imaging system troubleshooting.
• Significant experience using UroNAV, DCAD, or similar advanced imaging technologies.

• Field-based role with a home-based office.
• Remote-based in the United States.
• Approximately 90% travel, Monday through Friday.
